If you are interested in an EARLY check in, my cleaning crew is willing to arrange their schedule to guarantee a 2pm check in for an additional $20. They will need to know at least 24 hours in advance to make this happen. If they do not have our place ready for you by 2pm, you will be refunded that fee.
You are welcome to arrive early and enjoy the bikes, beach, or pool; just don't bring anything inside the condo until you get a message letting you know that the cleaning crew has it ready for you.
All of our condos have beach carts and beach chairs
Beach umbrellas are available for rent during Spring and Summer seasons
It's about a 2-minute walk from our condos at Sea Side Villas, and about a 5-minute walk from our condo at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort.
The pool is heated, but not like a bathtub. We don't recommend swimming in the winter time.
We're sorry, pets are not allowed in the condo or on the grounds. There are pet hotels nearby for boarding.
At least one guest must be 21 or older to make a reservation and check in to the condo. That person must be present at check in and remain for the entire stay.
